Holistic Bootcamp is certainly not your traditional bootcamp. We are a group of women who come together weekly to work on fitness, improve our health and socialise. We also practice meditation and apply cutting-edge applied pain and performance neurology training. We train in line with what our bodies need day to day rather than pushing to the point of exhaustion.
Sessions run Monday and Thursday nights 6.00-7.00pm and Saturdays 9.00-10.00am. All fitness levels accommodated for with a particular focus on those lacking in confidence to join a big box gym or franchise. You will be welcomed with open arms, supported and made to feel part of a community.
