My sessions are always unique and varied and I work both your physical health and mental health. Exercise should be an enjoyable part of your life, not something you dread doing and seeing my clients laugh at every session with each other and with me is the reason I do what I do!
My Group Training Program was established over 7 years ago in Croydon and offers an alternative to traditional boot camps. It originally started as ‘Mummy Bootcamp’ as a way for new mums to get back into exercise, but over the years it’s morphed into what it is today – ‘Holistic Bootcamp’.
The sessions are aimed at improving your; fitness, strength, balance, coordination, posture, vitality and body composition. I program specifically to each individual within the group environment, making the sessions suitable to women of all fitness levels, including some who have permanent injuries. I also incorporate a special type of training known as Z-Health – a high tech, cutting-edge exercise system designed expressly for retraining your nervous system. Z-Health offers an ultra-fast approach to getting out of pain, optimizing your health, and maximizing athletic performance (for ALL people, not just professional athletes).
